What do you do?

I have been with Investor Profile since 2012 and I look after all of our clients, as the Client Relationship Manager I'm the central contact for all client communications. I am normally the first point of contact for clients and make sure they receive the help they need.

Why do you do it?

I love working for Investor Profile because our sole focus is on knowing every single one of our clients personally. I like the fact that when we speak to someone we instantly know who they are and can talk them in a friendly and familiar way. We are a close knit, happy team and we all work together to ensure we provide the best service. I love ensuring our clients are happy and that they know they can pick up the phone to us anytime and that we are here to listen.

 

What do you do outside of work?

I have a husband and two girls in secondary school who keep me on my toes and are both showing their teenager side (nickname for my eldest is Kevin!).

 

In July 2020 we adopted two beautiful dogs from Cyprus called Fuego and (no laughing) Gary. After 6 days of getting the dogs Fuego managed to escape his harness, we were distraught. But 19 days of relentless searching and the help of a wonderful dog trapping team meant he was thankfully back with us.

 

I also like to raise money for Charity. Since being with Investor Profile I have cycled through Central America, through Sri Lanka and from Tanzania to Zanzibar. I coach athletics, I support Liverpool and I also love horror films!
